70-Story, $300M MXU Launched in Miami by Turkish Developer
Turkish developer Okan Group launched sales ahead of a fall ground breaking on a 70-story mixed-use residential tower in downtown Miami, its first development in the U.S. The $300-million project includes a 294-key hotel by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, 236 condo-hotel units, 149 condominium residences with four penthouses and 64,000 square feet of Class A office space.
The striking curved facade tower, inspired by the Turkish national tulip flower, is located at 555 North Miami Ave. Among the list of property amenities are high-speed elevators with separate access points for the various mixed-use components, a 70th-floor sky pool with panoramic bay and city views and a rooftop restaurant on the 67th floor. There’s also a Turkish Hammam spa, state-of-the-art health and fitness center, multipurpose room and outdoor lounge.
Pricing starts from $318,500 for the condo-hotel units. ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s Daniel de la Vega is handling sales and marketing.
