70K-SF Industrial Going North in NJ

Sudler Cos. has broken ground on a 70,000-square-foot speculative industrial building in Lakewood Township, NJ’s Lakewood Industrial Park.

The Chatham, NJ-based Sudler is hoping that its asset at 1205 Paco Way will attract manufacturing and warehouse distribution tenants.

The building is scheduled for completion in October. According to Pete Sudler, president and chief executive officer, dwindling space in Lakewood Industrial necessitated building the new structure. “We have almost no space left in Lakewood, so I have to go start another building as soon as this one gets leased,” Sudler said. Sudler Cos. is the park’s largest developer, with 20 to 30 buildings.
