61-Story One Dalton Tower Opens in Boston

The hotel portion of One Dalton, Boston’s tallest new tower since 1976, has opened in the city’s Back Bay neighborhood. The 215-room Four Seasons-branded and operated hotel opened its doors in late May. Move-ins for the tower’s 160 condominium units have not yet begun.

The tower also includes a location for international Japanese cuisine chain Zuma, which features 70 varieties of sake.

One Dalton was developed by Carpenter & Co. and Henry Cobb of Pei Cobb Freed & Partners. The tower was designed by Gary Johnson of Cambridge Seven Architects. Suffolk Construction was the builder.
