618K-SF Former Andeavor HQ Up for Sale

The former headquarters of the oil refining company previously known as Andeavor is on the sales block. The 15-acre, 618,017-square-foot property on San Antonio’s north side is being shopped around by the RMR Group Inc., which has owned the asset for close to four years.

CBRE’s Gary Carr, John Alvarado, Jared Chua, Evan Stone, Robert Hill, Jennifer Joseph and Hayley Onofrey have the listing for the property, which consists of a 14-story tower, six-story office building and a six-level parking garage next door.

Andeavor was acquired by Ohio-based Marathon Petroleum Co. in September 2018. Marathon has been attempting to sublet three floors of the former headquarters building at 19100 Ridgewood Pkwy. Marathon leased the property through May 2029.
