600K SF Available at Seneca One Tower
CBRE’s Buffalo, NY office announced it is leasing 600,000 square feet of office space at Seneca One Tower. The 40-story, 1.2-million-square-foot tower is Buffalo’s tallest, and is going through the planning process to be converted into a mixed-use facility. Douglas Development Corp. acquired the property in 2016, and is currently gutting it.
Douglas Development, headquartered in Washington, DC, is taking a phased approach to the asset. The first phase will involve adding retail and residential space to the plaza area. How quickly the office tower is renovated will depend on how quickly tenants can be found. Shana Stegner and Sarah Cashimere-Warren with CBRE’s Buffalo office are handling office leasing.
