600 Lexington 99% Occupied
Three finance firms signed new leases at 600 Lexington Ave., a 36-story office tower in Midtown Manhattan.
“This leasing activity brings the building to nearly 99% occupancy,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president, director of leasing and real property for SL Green. “The building provides a rare combination of efficient, small floors with floor to ceiling windows and white glove service which is highly appealing to upscale tenants.”
The new leases at the 304,750-square-foot property include:
– GLC Advisors & Co. Holdings signed a seven-year, 12,487-square-foot lease for the entire 9th floor.
– KCL Capital signed a five-year 6,780-square-foot lease to occupy the entire 28th floor.
– NexPhase Capital signed a five-year lease for the entire 12th floor.
