53K-SF West Creek Sells to Dallas Buyer

Ramrock Real Estate LLC is now the owner of West Creek, a 53,338-square-foot, Gold’s Gym-anchored neighborhood retail center in southwest Austin. The Dallas buyer shook hands with InvenTrust Properties Corp., headquartered in Oakbrook, IL.

Chris Gerard, Ryan Shore, Drew Fuller and Josh Villarreal with JLL represented the seller in disposing of the asset at 4404 W. William Cannon Dr. The transaction had been marketed by HFF, prior to its acquisition by JLL.

The center is situated on nine acres. In addition to Gold’s Gym, tenants include Edward Jones & Co., Smoothie Factory, Jersey Mikes Subs, Great Clips and West Creek Dental.
