5000 South Hulen Goes to Trademark-ALTO JV
Trademark Property Co. and ALTO Real Estate Funds teamed up to acquire 5000 South Hulen, an 86,943-square-foot, open-air retail center in Fort Worth. The seller was ShopCore Properties, which is headquartered in San Diego. The acquisition is the first for the joint venture.
The asset, adjacent to Hulen Mall in west Fort Worth, delivered in 2005. The center is 95% leased to a mix of national and regional retailers, including anchors Barnes & Noble and Old Navy. Other tenants include Potbelly Sandwich, Jamba Juice, Spring, America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, and Ideal Image.
“5000 South Hulen is an ideal fit within our acquisition strategy,” said Tommy Miller, CIO, Trademark Property Company. “It is a best-in-class property, with a strong tenant mix, located within one of the most established and recognized retail nodes in Fort Worth. After all, it’s all about location, location, location.”
