489-Room Mentone Lodge North Scheduled for June 2018 Opening

Target Logistics Management LLC announced the addition of Mentone Lodge North, a 489-room lodging facility in West Texas, to its network of workforce housing serving workers in the Permian Basin. The Lodge, which is being placed in the Delaware Basin in West Texas, will open in June 2018. The new lodge will be near Target Logistics’ Wolf Camp, which is at 991 Country Road 300 in Mentone, TX.

In addition to the 489 private guest rooms, Mentone Lodge North will offer 200 RV spaces and amenities including multi-tenant, shared office space, on-suite fuel services and a convenience store for workers. The facility will also have 24-hour dining room serving (three meals a day), a recreation building, housekeeping services, a self-service laundry, a commissary and around-the-clock security and controlled-access entry.
