475-Acre Whitmire Ranch Arriving at the Auction Block

The Whitmire Ranch, formerly the Historic Washington Ranch, is scheduled for live auction on September 17. The 475-acre spread will be auctioned in four tracts and combinations, ranging from a 20-acre home site to a 318-acre executive estate, with horse facilities. The property is situated in Marietta, OK, two miles from Interstate 30.

In addition to the land, which contains “lovely rolling grasslands dotted with hundreds of mature pecan and oak trees,” the ranch boasts two horse barns, covered riding areas and the “Cattleman’s Castle,” a remodeled, 8,500-square-foot home. Also up for grabs is the nearby Stone Guest House.

Harrigan Land Co. LLC is hosting the live auction, which will take place at the Winstar World Casino and Resort Convention Center in Thackerville, OK.
