46-Acre Park West Sells to San Diego Buyer

Park West, a 46-acre, mixed-use center in Peoria, AZ, sold for $34.5 million to CIRE Investments LLC of San Diego, CA. Greg Valladao, Brad Douglass, Chris Hollenbeck and Sean Lieb of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Park West, LLC, in partnership with The Howard Hughes Corp. of Dallas, TX.

The recently completed asset is at Loop 101 and Northern Avenue, and is anchored by a 14-screen Harkins Theatre. Tenants include Flemings Steakhouse, BJ’s Brewhouse, Grimaldi’s Pizza, Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, The Joint and Vivaldi Salon. The transaction included 18 acres of land for development.

“Park West presented the opportunity to purchase a meticulously constructed and maintained mixed-use center with tremendous upside in a region experiencing exceptional growth,” said Valladao, in a statement.
