450K-SF Arena Tower Planned Near Future Soccer Stadium
Capella Capital Partners released plans for Arena Tower, a 19-story, 450,000-square-foot office building that will be built on land adjacent to Precourt Sports Ventures’ professional soccer stadium in north Austin. The site at 10615 Burnet Rd. is one block from the Domain, another massive mixed-use project.
The developer expects to receive a site-development permit from the city in summer 2019, with groundbreaking anticipated by year-end. The building is expected to deliver in Q1 2021. Ben Tolson, Bethany Perez and Bart Matheney with Aquila Commercial will handle the tower’s leasing. Architect firm Page is the designer of record.
Extras will include a 10th-floor amenity center that will open onto a 7,500-square-foot outdoor terrace. Also included will be a fitness enter with showers, locker rooms, a cycling studio, juice bar and outdoor yoga area. Also on tap are lobby co-working areas and conference rooms.
