3-Unit MXU in Bed-Stuy Comes to Market

Ariel Property Advisors has been exclusively retained to sell 1485 Fulton St., a fully-renovated mixed-use building in Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. The asking price for the three-unit property is $1.995 million, or just over $1,000 per square foot.

Located between Tompkins and Throop avenues, the property spans 1,980 square feet and consists of one retail unit and two three-bedroom apartments. The building was recently gut-renovated, and all the systems wil be delivered new, including the heating and electrical systems.

Ariel’s Jonathan Berman, Michael A. Tortorici, and James Meehan are representing the unidentified owner in the sale. 1485 Fulton is convenient to both the A and C subway lines and the Long Island Rail Road, and a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and shops are within walking distance.
