ML Realty's Heritage Crossing, a 2.5-million-square-foot business park in Lockport, IL, is now 100% leased

3PL Tenant Takes Full-Building Lease at ML’s Heritage Crossing

ML Realty Partners has leased a 371,994-square foot distribution facility to Kane is Able Inc. at its Heritage Crossing business park in Lockport, IL. The 3PL warehousing, transportation and supply chain logistics company, chose Heritage Crossing for this location based on a number of the property’s features including visibility along I-355 and the 36’ clear height.

“Companies like Kane is Able know they will get a consistent, high quality product within a master-planned development like Heritage Crossing that can accommodate their operational growth,” said ML Realty VP Patrick Shannon. “We are pleased to welcome our newest tenant to the park.”

Trent Smith and Eric Beichler of Mohr Partners represented Kane is Able. NAI Hiffman’s Dan Leahy, Mark Moran and John Whitehead advised ML Realty. When fully built out, Heritage Crossing will consist of 10 buildings varying in size from 60,000 to 512,265 square feet.
