3PL Provider Re-Ups at Rutgers Industrial Center

Family-owned and operated 3PL provider Hall’s Warehouse Corp.  renewed its 135,000-square-foot lease at 120 Circle Dr. N., part of Rutgers Industrial Center in Piscataway, NJ. Headquartered in South Plainfield, NJ, Hall’s Warehouse has been a tenant at 120 Circle Dr. N. since 2003.

“We have enjoyed a long relationship with Hall’s Warehouse Corp. and are pleased to retain such a high-quality tenant,” said Robert Carson, president of Levin Management Corporation, which manages the 535,000-square-foot industrial/warehouse complex.

“The industrial/warehouse sector is performing extremely well, and this lease renewal demonstrates sustained demand for quality space in Northern and Central New Jersey,” Carson continued. “We continually receive inquiries about Rutgers Industrial Center from prospective tenants, due largely to this property’s prime location and highway accessibility.”

Brian E. Dudzinski of Atlantic Real Estate Services represented Hall’s Warehouse. The complex is easily accessible to I-287 and five miles from the New Jersey Turnpike’s Exit 10.
