3-Building Apt. Complex Trades Near Yale Campus

Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, arranged the sale of Cambridge Oxford Apartments, a three-building, 84-unit multifamily property in New Haven, CT. The buyer is an affiliate of Paredim Partners LLC.

The purchase price wasn’t disclosed. IPA brokered the 2016 sale of the property for $22.2 million.

“Located just steps from the Old Campus Yale University arch, and within walking distance of Yale New Haven Hospital, theaters, art galleries, restaurants, shops, cafes and nightclubs, Cambridge Oxford Apartments is the premier living option for Yale medical employees, students and faculty,” said Victor Nolletti, who led the IPA team.

Most of the Yale campus’s schools, including medicine, architecture, law and music, are within blocks of the property. Originally constructed between 1860 and 1926 and completely renovated in 2001, Cambridge Oxford Apartments retain original period details such as ornate brick, stone and masonry exteriors, stained glass and leaded windows.

The Connect Apartments Conference will take place June 20, 2019 in Los Angeles. For more information, or to register, click here.
