35K-SF Sunrise Plaza Changes Hands
Sunrise Plaza, a 35,792-square-foot retail property in Brownsville, TX, has a new owner. Marcus & Millichap’s Philip Levy representing the seller, which is listed as 1965 Sunrise Plaza LLC, tied to Retail Endeavors Group LLC of Austin. Both the buyer and sales price were undisclosed.
The center, at 2451 Pablo Kisel Blvd., is 100% occupied with all triple-net leases. The retail asset offers a mix of local and national tenants, with 51% of the income derived from national tenants such as Mattress Firm, Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Leslie’s Poolmart, Nutrishop, America’s Best Eyeglass and Shenanigan’s Irish Pub.
The property delivered in 2002.
