315 Park Avenue South is 84% Occupied with PitchBook Lease

The 20-story tower at 315 Park Avenue South is 84% occupied, now that financial data and software company PitchBook Data has signed a lease for 34,100 square feet of space.

“PitchBook is a great fit for the repositioned 315 Park Avenue South – a building that continues to prove its ability to serve a broad spectrum of growing tenants, from creative, media and technology companies to forward-leaning investment firms,” said Nelson Mills, CEO of Columbia Property Trust.

PitchBook, a subsidiary of Morningstar, will relocate from 155 Fifth Ave. starting in May. In 2017, its number of employees in New York increased 50%, forcing it to find new office space. Other recent leases at the 334,000-square-foot tower include Gemini Trust, which leased 34,100 square feet and BDG Media, which leased 51,150 square feet.
