313-Unit Alta Farmers Market Planted in New Portfolio

Less than a year after delivering the 313-unit Alta Farmers Market in Dallas, developer Wood Partners LLC sold the asset to Mindful Capital Group. The buy was partly financed with a $37.5 million loan from Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. HFF represented the seller, and helped place debt for the buyer.

Alta Farmers Market is situated on 4.7 acres at 1110 S. Cesar Chavez Blvd., near the recently redeveloped Dallas Farmers Market. The asset offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units, ranging from 576 square feet-1,174 square feet. Rents are between $1,360-$2,115.
