29-Acre South Carolina Business Park Trades for $69M

Aviation Business Park, a 342,042-square-foot business park encompassing seven buildings developed in 2001 in Charleston, SC, was purchased by Greenville Corporate, LLC for $69 million. Rushmark Properties sold the property that is spread out over 29 acres along Interstate 26, between Remount Road and Aviation Avenue.

Brokers say the transaction marks one of the largest office deals in South Carolina in recent years, and the largest office transaction in Charleston for the last several years.

Lee & Associates’ Bob Nuttall and Reid Davis represented the buyer. The seller was self-represented.

Nuttall says, “In addition to the outstanding central, infill location, the high quality tenant list that currently occupies the business park and the need to satisfy a 1031 investment, the buyer was especially attracted to Charleston’s hot market.”

The properties include:
– 2457 Aviation Ave.
– 2442 Remount Rd.
– 2456 Remount Rd.
– 5895 Core Rd.
