28K-SF Wicker Park Warehouse on Market — Again
A 28,300-square-foot warehouse in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood is on the market again – after sitting empty for almost two years. Once the studio of renowned sculptor Giovanni Desiderio Bucci, the building at 1714-1722 W. Division St. was also slated to become a residential-retail transit-oriented development.
Jenel Management of New York City acquired the property in May 2015 for $5.8 million. The building went up for sale in early October. Michael Marks with Cushman & Wakefield is marketing the vintage building, and indicated that the asking price is negotiable.
