20-Year Industrial Tenant Renews in Harvard

Colliers International | Chicago’s Jim Herbst, Brian Netzky and Mike Morgan represented Altium Packaging in its 126,304-square-foot, long-term industrial lease extension at 875 W. Diggins Rd. in Harvard, IL.

The building features 28’ clear ceiling height, 11 docks and 5,000 square feet of office space. Designers of packaging solutions for beverage and consumer industrial products, Altium manufactures products on-site and has been a tenant at the property since 1999.

Altium has a network of 60 plants in the U.S. and Canada. The company also has production facilities in West Chicago, IL.
