Eliken Partners has brought the former Home Depot distribution center in Corsicana, TX to market, primarily for lease. Binswanger is marketing space at the 1.4-million-square-foot industrial building, which is situated on 139 acres at 2200 S. Business 45. Home Depot shut down the center during the summer of 2012.

The property has two tenants in place (one of them being Ryder Truck Rental), leasing approximately 701,156 square feet. Approximately 752,459 square feet of space remains. Binswanger is targeting distribution and manufacturing users in its marketing efforts. Likely industries that might be interested in leasing or ownership include paper, plastics and rubber, machinery, furniture, wholesale and retail trade, transportation, warehousing and third-party logistics.
