185-Acre Motocross Track on the Market
The family of professional motocross racer Mitchell Oldenburg put Oak Hill Raceway in Alvord, TX on the market for $2.4 million. The 40-year-old motocross track anchors 185 acres, and is located approximately 50 miles northeast of Fort Worth.
In addition to the raceway, the land comes with six ponds, outbuildings, an equipment barn, and a 4,268-square-foot main home. The Oldenburg family is expected to consolidate its racing operations at another family-owned track in Minnesota.
According to Kate Asay and Nathan Asay with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, who are marketing the property, the raceway is attracting local and out-of-state response from the racing community.
