173K-SF Port Arthur Facility on Sales Block

A 173,600-square-foot manufacturing and distribution plant, once the site for Reliable Polymer Services, is up for sale or lease by owner Ravago Americas LLC. The Port Arthur, TX facility, situated on close to 10 acres, is at 950 S. Business Park Dr. in the Port Arthur Business Park.

Ravago acquired Polymer Services LP’s business in 2014, as part of its acquisition of Goldsmith & Eggleton Inc. Polymer Services was a joint venture between Goldsmith & Eggleton and Industrial Transportation LLC.

The 10-year-old facility is being marketed by Binswanger of Philadelphia, which is showing the property to oil and gas producers, as well as other manufacturers.
