169K-SF YETI Headquarters Sells to Dallas Buyer

YETI Headquarters at Lantana Ridge sold to Ramrock Real Estate LLC, which is based in Dallas. Lincoln Property Co. disposed of the two-building, 168,923-square-foot campus at 7601 Southwest Pkwy. with assistance from HFF. The sales price was not disclosed, with the Travis Central Appraisal District valuing the property at $16.6 million.

Lincoln Property, also headquartered in Dallas, developed and delivered the Lantana Ridge campus in 2017, and YETI turned the two buildings into its sole location. YETI designs, markets and distributes products for the outdoor and recreation market. Lantana Ridge includes an outdoor kitchen, rooftop terrace, fitness center with showers, exterior courtyard with food truck parking, outdoor games area and jogging trail.
