166-Unit View at Cedar Park Town Center Sells

The developer/owner of the View at Cedar Park Center in Cedar Park, TX, ended its hold on the property, selling it to an undisclosed buyer. The 166-unit apartment complex, on 1430 Main St. in the northern Austin suburb, delivered in 2017.

FourPoint Investment Sales Partners Kevin Dufour and Kyle Peco represented the seller, JSDI Celmark Ltd. of Ohio, an entity led by Jerry Solove and Mike Balakrishana. The sales process created multiple bids from institutional investors.

The property offers studio, one- and two-bedroom units, and amenities including a resort-style pool, fitness center, pet park, conference room and business center. The buyer plans a long-term hold on the property, to take advantage of the growth taking place in Cedar Park and surrounding areas.
