150K-SF TOD Planned for East Austin

Cityline Cos. LLC acquired four acres at East Martin Luther King Boulevard and Alexander Avenue, a Capital Metro rail stop in East Austin. The Austin developer’s plan is to build a three-story complex, with 134,000 square feet of office space, 22 townhomes and 11,000 square feet of retail space.

Jones Lang LaSalle has the office listing assignment for the asset. CBRE will be leasing the retail space.
The proposed Cityline at MLK Station will be less than three miles from another East Austin transit-oriented development, Plaza Saltillo.

Endeavor Real Estate Group has proceeded with construction on that 10-acre site.
