150 Brokers Visit 25 Kent
On July 26th, 150 real estate brokers gathered at two receptions on rooftops overlooking the construction site of 25 Kent — the first ground-up commercial and office development in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn in more than 60 years.
The brokers got to know the new development while enjoying lunch at The Ides atop the Wythe Hotel, and an early evening cocktail reception at Westlight atop the William Vale Hotel.
Rubenstein Partners and Heritage Equity Partners teamed up to create more than 480,000 square feet of commercial and light industrial space designed by Gensler and HWKN. The building is intended to be a hub for the creative arts, makers, and technology firms that drive New York City’s economy.
