13-Acre Site Scraped and Ready for 275K-SF Retail

Dirt work has been concluded on the site of a former Steakley Chevrolet dealership in northeast Dallas. The next step for the owner, Houston-based developer Ainbinder Co., is to develop the 275,000-square-foot High Point Crossing shopping center on the 13-acre site. Ainbinder acquired the site about a year ago.

High Point will be located at Northeast Highway, east of North Central Expressway, and will consist of a central complex and two free-standing buildings. Jeff Kittleson with CBRE/UCR indicated that construction could start next year, depending on pre-leasing.
