11K-SF Leased at Boutique Office in Meatpacking District at 404-408 West 14th St

RAB Lighting Inc. (RAB) leased 11,300 square feet of space at 404-408 West 14th St., a four-story boutique, loft office building in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District.

“Ownership is thrilled to have a tenant in their building that has continually reinvented themselves and has been in business since 1946,” said Anthony Sciacca of Newmark Knight Frank, who with Robert Silver and Richard Johns represented the owner The Winter Organization.

Joe LaRosa of ABS Partners Real Estate represented RAB, which will be relocating its corporate headquarters from 535 W. 24th St. Asking rents in the building hover in the mid-$60s per square foot.
