106K-SF Retail Changes Hands
LRIC Properties of Dallas acquired the Valley Square Shopping Center, a 106,537-square-foot community retail center in Lewisville, TX from a Florida-based seller operating under the name Valley Square Shopping Center LLC of Englewood FL. The sales price for the center at 722-724 W. Main St. (Farm-to-Market 1171) was undisclosed.
Matthew Rosenfeld, Mike Allen, Stephen Wise and Gretchen Miller with Weitzman handled negotiations as listing agent for the property.
Valley Square Shopping Center is more than 93% leased, with a tenant mix including 24-Hour Fitness, Cato Fashions, Sherwin Williams, T-Mobile and Cici’s Pizza, along with local retailers. The Class B asset delivered in the early 1980s.
