1000M Luxury Condo Tower Debuts Efficiency Floor Plans
The developers of 1000M, an ultra-luxury condominium tower at 1000 S. Michigan Ave., have introduced a series of efficiently-sized units dubbed the International Collection. Located on seven floors of the 74-story, 421-unit property, the new floor plans range from 325 to 850 square feet, priced from $313,000.
“There are a lot of buyers looking for new construction with luxury finishes, views and amenities, but they do not need a 2,000-square-foot home,” said Mike Golden of @properties, which is marketing 1000M. “This is a concept that has been proven around the world, and now the time has come in Chicago.”
New York-City based Time Equities Inc. and JK Equities developed the property with Chicago-based Oak Capitals. TEI chairman Francis Greenberger said the new collection is aimed at buyers “looking for luxury at more accessible price points, as well as those looking to purchase a guest residence, pied-a-terre or investment property.”
