$67M in Construction Financing Secured for Denver Development
Denver-based developer Cypress Real Estate Advisors secured $67 million in construction financing for The Cameron in Denver. The to-be-built, upscale apartment development will be a five-story, 361-unit wrap property, consisting of 30 studio, 239 one-bedroom and 92 two-bedroom apartments.
Located on 2.94 acres at 4545 E. Warren Ave., the project is the first of a two-phase build-out plan upon a larger 5.35-acre assemblage. The site is near the Colorado Station RTD light rail stop.
In-unit amenities will include stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and balconies, with select units featuring vaulted ceilings. Community amenities will include a resort-style pool with cabanas and grilling stations, a two-story clubroom, courtyards, state-of-the-art fitness center, business café and an eco-friendly recycling and waste reduction program.
JLL Capital Markets’ Campbell Roche and Eric Tupler represented the developer to secure the five-year, floating-rate loan with Pacific Western Bank.
