$600M Hollywood MXU Proposed
Connect Los Angeles is coming on June 21st. Here’s where to get more details and register.
Los Angeles-based Harridge Development Group revealed updated plans for a 1.4-million-square-foot mixed-use complex being developed around the Crossroads of the World in Hollywood, CA. The $500- to-$600-million project is planned to include 950 residential units, 185,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, a 308-room hotel and 94,000-square feet of office space.
The site spans eight acres across four blocks between Sunset Boulevard, Highland Avenue, Selma Avenue and the Blessed Sacrament Church. The latest design, as part of the project’s draft EIR released last week, includes a shorter 26-story hotel tower, but the two residential towers are still slated to rise 30 and 32 stories.
The project anticipates a 48-month construction timeline, with expected delivery by 2022. The project’s design team includes SOM and Rios Clementi Hale Studios.
