$500M Nashville MXU Set to Launch

Huntsville, AL-based Propst Development plans to develop Broadwest, a two-building 1.2-million-square-foot mixed-use project in Nashville. The $500-million project is planned for one 21-story tower, with more than 510,000 gross square feet of Class A office space. A second 34-story tower would encompass a 14-floor, 245-room luxury hotel and 20 floors of 220 luxury condominiums.

Situated between the towers will be another 125,000 square feet of creative office and retail space, as well as a one-acre central park. The 3.9-acre development site, which was acquired earlier this year for $36.9 million, is at 1600 West End Ave, near Broadway.

The office component is expected to deliver by December 2020, and the hotel/condo building in mid-2021.

Chartwell Hospitality will manage the hotel, Parks Realty will handle condo sales, and JLL will be responsible for office leasing.
