$299K-Per-Unit for Apartments in Downtown Stamford, CT

Navarino Acquisitions paid $24.5 million for 82 apartments at 545 Bedford St. in downtown Stamford, CT. That works out to a price of $298,780 per unit.

“Bedford Hall Apartments has a unique core location on Bedford Street, just blocks from all of the neighborhood’s major trendy restaurants and bars,” says Victor Nolletti, senior managing director  at Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap, who with Eric Pentore represented the seller, TR Eastview LLC, and procured the buyer.

The six-story property ranges from 441-square-foot one-bedroom apartments, to 1,056-square-foot two-bedroom units.
