$28.3M South Bay Apartment Deal Closes in S.D.

A San Diego South Bay transaction for a 128-unit apartment complex, called Valley Breeze, has closed for $28.3 million. Valley Breeze encompasses 9.1 acres, and features 11 two-story buildings, totaling 136,520 square feet.

The buyer was Penn, LLC, with Gregg Seaman of Viewpoint Equities as the managing member. The sellers were McClurken Machinery Inc., Thomas Murray Trust, and the Ian Gill & Charles Miller Trust.

Eric Comer, senior vice president of CBRE, along with Jim Neil and Merrick Matricardi brokered for the buyer, while Tim Miller of IHA Partnership brokered for the seller.
