$26M for Bronx Warehouse Complex at 1300 Viele Ave. and 1301 Ryawa Ave.

MRP Realty and AEW Capital Management paid $25.6-million for 1300 Viele Ave. and 1301 Ryawa Ave., a two-building, warehouse and distribution complex in the Hunt’s Point neighborhood of the Bronx.

“We see a lot of potential in the complex by food corporations and just-in-time distributors as well as movie and television production companies,” said Gary Capetta of Pantheon Properties, who with Matt Corpuel and John Reinertsen of CBRE represented the seller, TCW Leasing Company.

The new owners have already begun a $5-million renovation of the 120,000-square-foot complex.
