$179K-Per-Apartment for Highbridge Portfolio in Bronx, NY

An undisclosed investor paid $47 million for a portfolio of six buildings with a total of 263 apartments in the Highbridge neighborhood of the Bronx, NY. That works out to a price of $179,000-per-apartment for the Highbridge Portfolio.

“The Highbridge Portfolio presented the buyer with a great opportunity to acquire a portfolio of six elevator apartment buildings with tremendous upside,” said Ron Solarz, executive managing director and principal of Eastern Consolidated, who represented the long-time private owner and procured the buyer, a private real estate investor

The properties are located on Anderson, Woodycrest, and Shakespeare Avenues in Highbridge.

“The buildings have been well-maintained by the same owner for over three decades, and are clustered together, allowing for efficient operation and administration,” said Solarz.
