$16M Park Towers Renovation Complete

TPMC Realty Corp. completed its massive, $16-million renovation of the 545,242-square-foot, two-building Park Towers in Houston’s Galleria submarket. The renovation incorporated updated technology implementations to help function and efficiency, as well as renovating all common areas, including elevator bank corridors and new elevator cabs, restrooms, and lobbies of each building.

Located at 1233-1333 W. Loop S., the office buildings delivered in the mid-1980s. The upgrades included a fitness facility that added new equipment relying on the latest fitness tracking technology, as well as a conference center with plug-and-play WiFi presentation technology.
