Urban Outfitters Inks Lease at Circle East MXU Project in Towson

Retail Properties of America (RPAI) has secured an 8,300-square-foot lease with retailer Urban Outfitters at Circle East, a mixed-use redevelopment project in downtown Towson, MD.

Urban Outfitters will relocate its existing Towson location two blocks away to the new 8,300-square-foot space on the southside of Circle East on Joppa Road. Urban Outfitters joins a list of national brands at Circle East including the recently opened Shake Shack, Madison Reed and Ethan Allen. Urban Outfitters is a lifestyle retailer dedicated to inspiring customers through a unique combination of product, creativity, and cultural understanding.

“Our vision to deliver an exciting and highly curated mixed-use destination to the Towson community continues to become a reality with the addition of Urban Outfitters to our growing list of high-quality destinations,” said Greg Goldberg, leasing director at RPAI.
