Tri Pointe Homes to Develop 60-Unit Townhome Community in D.C.

National homebuilder Tri Pointe Homes has announced plans to build Brookland Grove, a 60-unit townhome community in northeast Washington D.C.

Brookland Grove will be located on a nearly five-acre site near Fourth Street and Chancellor’s Way Northeast in Washington D.C. This community will feature three distinctive home designs with prices slated to start from $800,000. Development of Brookland Grove will begin in early 2021 and will be Tri Pointe Homes’ first development in the district.

“We are thrilled with the opportunity to bring life-changing homes directly to the district,” said D.C. Metro Division. “There’s a huge demand for new homes in the district and we look forward to offering thoughtfully designed townhomes and an exceptional homebuying experience.”
