Denver-Area Mezz at Fiddlers Green Goes for $48M

Not only does the Mezz at Fiddlers Green get noticed for its location near Fiddler’s Green park and amphitheater, but a buyer was also intrigued enough to make an offer. The newly constructed 149-unit class-A multifamily property in Centennial, CO recently sold to Sunroad Enterprises for $47.78 million.

Dan Woodward, David Potarf and Matt Barnett with CBRE Capital Markets in Denver arranged the sale on behalf of the out-of-state seller, The Garrett Companies. Rocco Mandala with CBRE’s Phoenix office secured the financing for the out-of-state buyer.

Located at 6440 South Syracuse Way, the luxury apartment community sits on 3.51 acres in the Denver Tech Center near the intersection of East Arapahoe Road and South Quebec Street. The Mezz at Fiddlers Green includes a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, and a 1,600-square-foot fitness center. Poolside delivery service is available from I.C. Brewhouse, an on-site restaurant included in the transaction.
