Investment sales firm STRIVE completed the sale of an AT&T in Kerrville, within the Texas Hill Country. STRIVE’s Will Merritt represented the seller, a real estate investor from San Antonio, and secured the buyer, a private investor from El Paso. Additional terms weren’t disclosed.
The property, which opened in 2012, is located across the street from the only Walmart Supercenter in a radius of more than 22 miles. This property is also the third AT&T out of a four-property portfolio to close, following the sale of two locations last month.
Situated on Junction Hwy, a major thoroughfare of Kerrville, the AT&T sits within the main retail corridor of the city. More than 30,000 vehicles travel along Junction Hwy daily, while surrounding national retailers include Walmart Supercenter, Starbucks, McDonald’s, Chickfil-A, Chili’s, GameStop, Sonic Drive-In, Wendy’s, Popeyes and Pizza Hut.
