Skybox’s New Development Officer to Deliver Strategic Data Centers in Texas

As the pandemic continues to impact work environments, demand from cloud companies and consumers is insatiable. And as a result, scalable data center campuses and facilities are near the top of the development list.

With that in mind, Haynes Strader recently joined the Skybox Datacenters team in the newly created role of chief development officer, based in Dallas. As a member of the firm’s executive team, Strader will be responsible for investigating new markets, site selection and working through initial phases of new Skybox developments throughout the country.

Strader honed his real estate skills as vice president of CBRE’s global data center solutions team. For the past six years, he focused exclusively on data center transactions including tenant representation, site selection and capital markets. Strader completed more than 200 transactions spanning 3.8 million square feet and 100-plus megawatts in 45 municipalities and four foreign countries, totaling more than $1 billion in overall transaction value.
