SettlePou Stays Put at Turtle Creek Building

SettlePou opted to remain in Dallas’ Turtle Creek submarket, and renewed its 22,908-square-foot office lease at 3333 Lee Pkwy. The law firm shook hands with landlord Granite Properties on the transaction.

Robbie Baty and Bill McClung with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease, as well as a search for a possible new location. The law firm undertook an extensive search of new space in several area submarkets, specifically, Uptown, the CBD and North Dallas. “SettlePou decided to recommit to 3333 Lee Parkway, which they’ve been in for more than a decade,” Batty said. “Granite has committed capital to upgrade and renovate the property, and the work has made it better than ever.”

Granite was self-represented in the transaction by Robert Jimenez and Burson Holman.
