NAI Partners Elevates Travis Rodgers to COO/Partner

NAI Partners has promoted Travis Rodgers to partner and chief operating officer, and he will retain the title of executive vice president. In the new role, Rodgers will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm, and hold responsibility throughout the brokerage services portion of NAI Partners’ business in conjunction with managing partner Jon Silberman.

“Since joining our firm less than two years ago, Travis has done a great job in taking the reins on our day-to-day operations across all of our service lines and geographies,” said Silberman. “Travis understands our entrepreneurial spirit and has been a major contributor in our culture growth since joining us. Everything we’ve thrown at him he’s hit out of the park: from a full-scale recruiting program that managed to add more than 50 people to our ranks in the midst of a pandemic; to the strategic growth of business lines both existing and new; to providing leadership and support to our flourishing Austin and San Antonio offices.”

Rodgers joined NAI Partners in spring 2019 with responsibility for overall executive management of several key areas of operations and revenue management as well as growth of the firm.
