Move Solutions Gets Moving to Park 183

Move Solutions Ltd. has signed a long-term lease to occupy 107,537 square feet of industrial space within Trammell Crow’s Park 183 industrial park, according to Trammell Crow Company, Clarion Partners LLC and CBRE. The business will relocate its Austin headquarters and operations center to Building 3 located at 8136 Industry Way in September 2021.

Park 183 is a multi-phase industrial development located in Southeast Austin developed by Trammell Crow with its JV partner, Clarion Partners. Phase 1 was delivered in January 2018 and included 250,000 square feet across two buildings. Phase 2 consisted of a build-to-suit property for a multinational delivery services company, which includes 85,000 square feet and became operational in March 2020. Phase 3 of the project is slated to deliver in August 2021, and will include the 162,786-square-foot Building 3 and the 154,786-square-foot Building 5. A forthcoming Phase 4 will deliver another 300,000 square feet in the near future. Once complete, Park 183 will comprise more than 950,000 square feet of class-A industrial space.

“Park 183 continues to meet the increasing demand for class-A industrial space in Austin’s popular Southeast submarket,” said Brian Brooke, vice president with Trammell Crow’s Austin business unit.

John Barksdale, Darryl Dadon and Joe Novek of CBRE Austin represented the owners in the transaction, while Robert Deptula and Stayton Wright of Transwestern represented Move Solutions.
