Local Brokerages Negotiate Austin-Area Leases

AQUILA Commercial, CBRE, ECR and RESOLUT RE negotiated the following leases in the Austin area:

  • Arely Beauty Salon leased 1,460 square feet at Dessau Retail Center, 11800 Dessau Rd. Barret Espe of RESOLUT RE represented the landlord.
  • Cedar Park Barber Shop leased 1,100 square feet at Liberty Plaza, 401 Cypress Creek Rd., Cedar Park. Michael Noteboom and Tucker Francis of RESOLUT RE represented the landlord. Jim Rourke of Commercial Market Exchange advised the tenant.
  • Diona leased 971 square feet at the Wells Fargo Building, 2028 E. Ben White Blvd. The landlord was represented by Rebecca Zigterman and Matt Levin with ECR, and the tenant was advised by Matt Watson with Austin Office Space.
  • Ecoland Design Group LLC leased 473 square feet at 2800 Interstate 35. The landlord was represented by Haley Smith & Patrick Ley with ECR.
  • Frenchies Modern Nail Care leased 1,454 square feet at Shops at Flint Rock, 200 Medical Pkwy., Lakeway. Barret Espe and Tucker Francis of RESOLUT RE represented the landlord.
  • Gary McCreight leased 1,820 square feet at 3005 S. Lamar. John Heffington and Nicole Woodworth with CBRE represented the landlord, Corners Shopping Center LP.
  • Mendocino Farms LLC leased 3,097 square feet at 1109 E. 5th St. John Heffington with CBRE represented the tenant. Adam Zimel with Endeavor advised the landlord, Plaza Saltillo TOD LP.
  • PaeloWest LLC signed a lease for 1,335 square feet at 7600 Burnet Rd. Brad Buckman and Taylor McHargue with AQUILA Commercial represented the tenant. Jason Steinberg with ECR advised the landlord.
  • Snow Software leased 2,804 square feet at 1801 E. 6th St. John Gump and Nate Stricklen with CBRE represented the tenant. Win Smith with Riverside Resources advised the landlord, Cpt 1801 East 6th LP.
  • Sharp Electronics Corp. renewed its 2,552-square-foot lease at Braker Pointe I, 10801 N. Mopac Expwy. Bre Brown and Kelsey Tomlin with JLL represented the tenant. Bethany Perez, Ben Tolson and Kaylee Aune with AQUILA Commercial advisedthe landlord.
  • Sourceday Inc. leased 14,100 square feet at 9737 Great Hills Trail. John Gump and Kevin Hanan with CBRE represented the tenant.
  • Texas Transportation Systems leased 2,442 square feet at Canyon Hills, 11211 Taylor Draper Lane. The landlord was represented by Jason Steinberg and Matt Fain with ECR, and the tenant was advised by Ryan Perry with Asterra Properties.
  • Vertebrae Inc. expanded into a 2,815-square-foot sublease at CityView 1, 1120 S. Capital, off Texas Hwy. Taylor McHargue and Chris Perry with AQUILA Commercial represented the tenant. Chris Peddie with Cushman & Wakefield advised the landlord, Spinal Rehab PA.
  • Wimberly Holdings leased 229 square feet at Chase Northcross, 7600 Burnet Rd. The landlord was represented by Jason Steinberg and Rebecca Zigterman with ECR.
